My husband hired Matthew and Caroline to cater my birthday party in October. Wow! What an amazing crew they have start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations from the appetizers to the dessert. This was a sit down dinner and they served 24 people flawlessly. The menu was creative and beautifully presented. And delicious. When our bartender was late to show up, Matthew was quick to offer one of his staff members who is also a bartender to take care of it.
